Predicting New Car and Van Registrations 2023
A latest market report from SMMT predicts movements around the latest Car and LCV Registrations.
The forecasts are created and analysed by the SMMT’s Economics Team, with revisions scheduled on a quarterly basis.
The outlook forecasts New Diesel cars to slump by -5% whilst LCV and BEVs are expecting to rise by 75% in 2022 from 2021. New registrations for PHEV and HEV are predicted to go up by over 20%.
